• Event styling enquiry: your name, phone number, email address, event and setup dates, event type, guest count, venue details, theme, budget range, and requested services.
• Décor hire request: your name, phone number, email address, selected items and quantities, event type and dates, collection or delivery choices, delivery address if applicable, setup choice, and damage waiver acknowledgement.

We receive this information directly from you. Contact form fields are optional. Other forms mark required fields; if you leave those blank, we may not be able to respond to or process your request.

When your browser loads this site, the website host and providers of external fonts and icons may also receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, and requested page.

Why do we use it?

We use form information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, discuss event requirements, check and manage décor hire requests, communicate about services you request, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use these enquiry forms to sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Who may receive it?

Our forms are submitted through Formspree, a form service provider. Formspree processes submissions for us, may store them in its service, and can send them to the email address configured for the form. Formspree states that it uses infrastructure in the United States and other countries where it operates. Read the Formspree Privacy Policy for its handling of information. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs; those providers may receive technical connection data when your browser requests those files.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is needed to handle your request, provide related services, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Formspree may retain submission data under its own privacy policy and service settings. You can contact us to ask about information associated with your request.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, provide access to it, correct it, or delete it where applicable.
